Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Smash Theory, some products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. This helps us offer a wider selection, but items in the same order may arrive separately.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery

After processing, estimated delivery is:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll email it to you after your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to begin showing updates.

Separate shipments

Items may be fulfilled by different partners and arrive in separate packages. You won’t be charged additional shipping fees when we split an order.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Customs and import charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total unless stated at checkout.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within [30 days] of shipment, or it arrives damaged, contact us at Info@smashtheoryathletics.com with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Smash Theory is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for delays caused by an incorrect address. We’ll still help you review the tracking information and available next steps.
